Cancellation, Changes and Refunds

Everyone should confirm refund and date change policies prior to booking. Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the service provider.

Any cancellation or change request must be made in writing (email or official communication). Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting supplier charges, service fees, and administrative costs.

Refund time-lines depend on suppliers and payment gateways and may take several business days or weeks

No-show & Unused services

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or for any unused services such as flights, hotel stays, tours, or transfers.
  • Partially used services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the supplier.

Special Circumstances

In the event of natural disasters, government actions, etc., the refund policy will be subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
