• Travel insurance facilitation
• Transportation and other travel-related services

All services are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurance companies, etc.).

Bookings and Payments

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as specified at the time of booking.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed. Payment methods accepted will be displayed on   our website or communicated by our staff.
• You are responsible for providing accurate passenger details as per passports and official documents.
• Any correction charges imposed by suppliers will be borne by the customer.

Prices and Inclusions

Prices quoted are based on current tariffs, taxes, exchange rates, and service charges at the time of quotation.

• Prices may change due to fluctuations in fuel surcharges, taxes, exchange rates, or supplier pricing.
  Inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in your itinerary or invoice.

Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, health documents, and other travel documents are valid and meet the requirements of the destination country. We are not responsible for denial of boarding, entry, or transit due to improper documentation.

Visa assistance, if provided, does not guarantee visa approval

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, delays, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events.

If travel insurance is arranged through us, it is subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions.

Responsibilities and Limitations of Liability

We act only as an intermediary between clients and service providers.

We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, damage, accident, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather.
